Marketplace information

The service uses searches and selected location information to show wines and merchant fulfilment options. Merchant profiles provide public trading details. Account and transaction information is used for authentication, order management and service operation.

Your basket

The storefront saves merchant baskets in your browser’s local storage so they persist on this device. You can remove individual items or clear saved baskets from the basket page. Basket data does not include payment card details.

Connected services

URSY.ID provides estate authentication. Existing URSY estate integrations provide analytics and advertising functions. URSY.food supplies product identity lookup. Stripe handles payment information when a real merchant checkout is enabled.

Merchant and order information

Public product and merchant data is distinct from private merchant account and order information. Merchant account actions require authentication and ownership checks. Feedback for completed orders is linked to that purchase for verification.

Use the contact route below to request help with your account or information. Operational policies, retention periods and controller contact details must be finalised before live commerce; do not submit sensitive identity documents through public review fields.
