Your shop, your customer relationship

Merchant terms.

Seller responsibility

You remain the seller of the wine, retain ownership of your inventory until sale, and fulfil your orders. Keep your legal identity, location, product details, prices, stock and fulfilment information accurate.

Platform commission

The default URSY commission is 10% of merchandise value after item discounts. Delivery is excluded from the default commission base. Payment processing fees are borne by your connected merchant account. Commission VAT treatment must be configured and confirmed before live payments.

Payments and refunds

The target payment flow uses direct charges on your Stripe connected account with an URSY application fee. Refunds must reverse the relevant application fee in full or pro rata according to refunded commissionable merchandise, subject to documented exceptions.

Approval and restricted goods

Real offers require merchant approval, appropriate alcohol licensing, an age verification policy, suitable age-checked fulfilment and a payment-ready account. Submission of a profile is not approval to trade.

Inventory and customer service

Maintain current stock and honour the confirmed merchant order. Do not substitute products, vintages or sizes without the buyer’s agreement. Handle customer questions, delivery issues and refund obligations promptly.

Demonstration accounts

Fictional demo merchants and inventory cannot receive real orders or payments. Example reviews never contribute to a merchant’s verified reputation.

Agreement status

This is the initial marketplace operating framework. The executed merchant agreement, commission tax treatment, licence arrangements and real payment configuration must be reviewed before your shop accepts live orders.
